Online Counseling and Therapy Services Across Tennessee

Meeting you where you are, to help you get where you want to be.

Every individual has a God‑given purpose. Realizing that purpose is the foundation of reaching our full potential. Yet adversity can hinder—or even prevent—us from living with purpose.

Our ability to overcome adversity depends greatly on what we believe. When we free our minds from limiting beliefs, we begin the journey toward living out our purpose with clarity and confidence.

Our MISSION   Our OBJECTIVE   Our DESIRE
To promote freedom in life and liberation from limitations by teaching practical skills for living.   To empower you to bring about the positive change you seek in your life.   To walk with you, on your path of restoration – to become the Oak of Righteousness you were created to be.

Get to know me

Charles is certified by the National Board of Certified Counselors and licensed by the State of Tennessee as a Professional Counselor (License #2454). He also holds the Mental Health Service Provider (MHSP) designation.

He has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults, with a focus on anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship concerns. His therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing from a variety of interventions based on each individual’s needs.

Charles earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. In addition to formal education, he brings decades of diverse life experience to the therapeutic process.

Born and raised in East Tennessee, Charles received an academic scholarship to Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts at age 15. He later attended Penn, then spent four years in marketing research for the steel industry in Cleveland, Ohio. After returning home to Tennessee, he spent 20 years in sales and marketing within the telecommunications industry.

Charles has worked in the mental health field for more than 20 years, nearly 15 of those in private practice. Through these experiences, he has learned that even the most complex human interactions are, at their core, person‑to‑person. Understanding and facilitating this fundamental connection is one of the first steps toward a successful therapeutic relationship.
