His therapeutic approach is eclectic utilizing a variety of interventions depending on the need and the individual. Erin Hardiman is a board certified child and adolescent psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience in in-patient hospitals, community mental health and private practice settings. A graduate of Marshall University and Vanderbilt University, Erin has always been intrigued by the human mind and how it effects all aspects of life. Feeling that education is the best way to decrease the stigmatization of mental illness, Erin takes every opportunity to reach out to the community and other professionals, providing comprehensive and accurate information on psychiatric diagnosis and treatment. Lea Hunter is a Licensed Professional Counselor, with an array of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She is a member of the American Counseling Association and utilizes her training in systems theory to provide a holistic approach in counseling by embracing the belief that “the whole is greater than the sum of its parts.” Every piece of a puzzle makes the whole picture, and if one piece is missing, the picture is incomplete. Brandon is a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2001 in multiple settings. His previous practice consisted of child, adolescents, and adults in the Memphis, TN area. Brandon has joined Righteous Oaks Counseling and will provide medication management for clients 18 years and older. His special interest includes mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, and gay/lesbian issues. Although his preference is medication management, he also does limited cognitive and brief therapy.
